Iced VoVo Cake

Made this DELICIOUS 'Iced VoVo Cake' that I found on the 'Raspberri Cupcakes' blog. So cute and tastes amazing! The actual cake is a simple butter cake - super easy recipe - the icing is a bit tricky only because of melting the marshmallows (messy!). Definitely worth the mess and sticky washing up!
